Job satisfaction from learning new skills in a new industry

I’ve worked for InHealth for 4 weeks now and am enjoying every minute of it! I was a bit nervous about not coming from a healthcare background, but all the training was provided within the first few weeks.  The whole team are lovely and will help without question. Since starting, I’ve already learnt so many new skills that I’m using every day and there is still so much to learn! No day is the same and every patient is unique. 

I am thoroughly enjoying my new role and can’t wait to be a qualified Eye Screener at the end of my diploma.
