Mandatory Training
It’s critical that we have a base level of knowledge and skills to do our job safely and securely for the benefit of ourselves, colleagues and patients.
All employees and anyone carrying out work on behalf of InHealth must undertake all the mandatory training relevant to their role – these requirements are set out in the Mandatory Training Policy available on our intranet site (Insite).
For existing employees, all mandatory training is available through our Learning Management System (iLearn), and appropriate modules are automatically assigned dependent on job role – the home screen will highlight any training that needs to be completed.
Individuals are responsible for monitoring the completion of mandatory training as set out on their iLearn home screen. Line managers also have responsibility for monitoring the completion of mandatory training for their team and can view this on their home screen and in the reports tab.
If you have any problems accessing the required learning please raise a request via ServiceNow and we will resolve this for you at the earliest opportunity.
