Fantastic opportunities into other career pathways

My fascination with MRI started when I had a scan on my lower back in 2010. I was interested in the quality of the images and the ability to obtain such images without being invasive.  I completed my Diagnostic in Radiography degree at Canterbury University so that I could work in MRI. As the best in MRI training in the country, InHealth offered me a place on their MRI Training Programme in September 2020.

The programme has empowered me with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform my duty as a Radiographer. Despite the pandemic, the level of training and support from all the mentors with the use of IT has made the learning less stressful for me and it was great having everything in one place.  It has also opened doors to other career pathways such as the potential of becoming a Lead Radiographer in the future, which is what I aspire to be.
