Personal Insights
At InHealth, we work with our people to help them get the best from themselves and the teams they work with. We apply an approach called ‘Insights Discovery’ which helps people to understand their own personal style and to recognise others through 4 colour energies.
Insights Discovery helps our people to be more self-aware of their preferences when it comes to interacting with people, and ultimately, build better relationships at work and more productive teams. You’ll discover…
How your communication preferences show up on good and bad days
What value you bring to a team, both strengths and weaknesses
Your blind spots and suggestions for development
How to overcome barriers and connect with your opposite type
Expanding your network
We know that to deliver the best possible services to our patients, we need happy and motivated people, so by using the Insights approach, we can better equip them to work well together in their specific areas.
Our accredited practitioners help you to interpret and understand your preferences using three methods:
Complete an Insights Discovery evaluator questionnaire and receive a personal report
Have a 1:1 coaching session with a practitioner to gain a deeper understanding of your personal report
Organise a group workshop to explore team dynamics and understand how you can work together more effectively
Existing employees should contact the Talent Development team for more information. Please note that this is for internal delivery only and we do not facilitate Insights for external individuals or organisations. You can contact Insights directly for details of practitioners and providers here
